Fellowship
Positive peer pressure can shape a young person's
life. We schedule many events with the simple goal of letting young
people have fun together in a safe environment. We go mini golfing,
order pizza and watch movies, go hiking, play games, race go-carts,
have pool parties, and more. Each summer we spend a day at Waterworld
and a day at Elitch Gardens.
Special Events
There are a few special weekends that our
youth look forward to all year. We take annual ski trips and camping
trips, and we attend the Rocky Mountain Synod Youth Gatherings with
hundreds of other Lutheran youth each year. We start off our school
year each fall with a retreat at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp. We also
encourage and financially support a week at Rainbow Trail for our youth
in the summer. Lock-ins are always a favorite activity, and the youth
also look forward to the Spaghetti Dinner and Talent Show. This annual
fundraiser is a very fun evening where our entire congregation, and
especially our youth, get to show off their talents.
