Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity:
Habitat is breaking ground on a new project and we want you to be involved!
Ascension Volunteer Dates: Saturday, June 9th Saturday, August 18th Morning shift – 8:30 am – 12 noon Afternoon shift – 1 – 4 pm
Can't participate on the designated church days? Individual volunteers are welcome on site Thursday and Friday, for the same working shifts. Children must be 16, or older, to participate.
Home Address: 5363 Danville Court Directions: From Powers Blvd., go east on Stetson Hills Blvd., to Tutt Avenue. Turn south to Bridlespur, then east to Danville Court; turn left (north).
What to wear: Dress for the weather, closed shoes, work gloves, sunscreen.
What to bring: Water. A pencil, hammer, measuring tape and nail apron are always helpful. Other tools may come in handy, depending on the day’s assignment. Tools should be well marked and left in your car until they are needed.

Volunteers are needed to provide lunch for the work crew on the listed dates.
Cash donations and gifts in kind ~ Sending in a check is an easy way to be involved and help support the cause.
If you are affiliated with a business that sells any type of home products – i.e. construction, labor, materials, appliances, cabinets, carpet, windows, landscaping, cement, etc., consider making a “gift in kind” contribution to the project.
