Programs
We are open from 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our Preschool Program is offered to children 2 ½ -5 years old. We
emphasize independence and positive self image by providing a nurturing
and supportive environment, using a curriculum with materials, experiences
and teaching methods grounded in the NAEYC principles of child development. We
present learning activities through play, engaging the children in activities
of exploration, experimentation, critical thinking and problem solving. Children
in this program enjoy literacy, math and science concepts as well as
cooperative play.
We also provide a wrap-around program for school age children before
and after school. Each week we enjoy specific days for science, art,
baking, exercise and games. We also take time to help students with homework
and advancing skills. In the summer we offer many activities such as: bowling;
swimming; hiking; ceramics; and field trips to local attractions.
